Girlguiding offers girls and young women amazing opportunities to learn and have fun in a friendly girl-only space. Whether it’s being creative in the arts, being active in their community or testing themselves in adventurous activities, girls build their confidence and self esteem, learn how to work in a team and make positive change in their world. The good news is it’s not just the girls who gain new skills, stretch their imaginations and form life-long friendships! As a Girlguiding volunteer you can get involved in a number of ways from a few hours a month helping a group with their accounts or visiting groups to run specific activities to running your own group or taking on a management role at local, regional or national level.
